It's like suing a beach for getting a sunburn. At some point you're assuming the risk, and I hope the judge throws this out because not one individual walks into Lambert's and doesn't understand that rolls are literally thrown at you. You are assuming the risk when choose to wait for a table.
And that is key - waiting for a table.
Lambert's is so popular and busy that you don't simply walk in and sit down. Usually you have to wait no less than 45 minutes to 1 hour before you're seated, which gives you plenty of time to notice the HUGE signs advertising the place as the "Home of the Throwed Rolls".
