Seems like circumstance should matter here, but of course people just want to cancel others. I don't ever agree with saying that word, but it was said to describe a person threatening their property from their own home. It was not directly said at the person. I am sure even some black people would want to use that language negatively to describe such a person. I don't like the word, but I also don't think people should tolerate criminals either. Actions are more harmful than words.

Y’all picking on my buds now. Her son chased down the guy who he caught breaking into his truck. I knew about it shortly after it happened in the middle of the night. They suggested that everyone in the hood check their surveillance cameras and check their cars.

Given that, I’ve had some pretty racist acquaintances and im not sure I’ve heard anyone drop that word like that in that situation in a long arse time. That was pretty friggin racist by multiple people in that room and only 1 minute of convo.
