I have a lady friend that I have known for ten years. She is in her early 60’s and is very beautiful. She is very married for nearly 35 years. Her and her husband live across the street from a recently widowed gentleman. This man who I will call “Doug”, keeps watching my friends home and texts “Susan” every time she leaves her house. He makes inappropriate advances by inviting her for coffee. He knows when susan’s Husband leaves. He sends texts wanting to know what she is wearing and why her bedroom light was on at midnight.
Susan’s husband is unaware of this strange behavior by Doug. He thinks everyone is wonderful. Susan thinks that Doug is just lonely. I tried talking sense to her but she doesn’t think there is any problem.
What say the OT ?

Both you and Susan need to stay away from that psycho before you all end up dead

Sounds like you are Doug.

I think you should invite all parties to a lunch at the local Sonic.

If Susan’s husband finds out about Doug, there will be somebody calling the coroner.

what is your favorite stalker song?
Every Breath you Take is popular, but I like One Way or Another.

Doug needs a beating. Plain and simple.

380. It would fit in her purse.

Steal Susan’s phone, text Doug and tell him to come over at midnight through the back door. Hide out in Susan’s house and shoot Doug in the face as he comes in the house. Wipe all prints and drop the gun and exit the house. Susan gets blamed for the murder of Doug and you no longer have to deal with this high school drama.

She and I are friends. She fears telling her husband because she thinks he will kill the old man.

Sounds like Susan needs to get and learn how to use a handgun.

Same thing happened to my cousin. He posted a thread about some other dude stalking his neighbor’s wife then died. Be careful out there Klingler7.

I’d go film myself pissing on Doug’s wife's grave. Send him the video via text telling him to stop texting Susan. If it doesn’t stop, I’ll shite on it next time.

Ordinarily I'd say give him one warning to back off then call the cops. But
Implies depressiom, which can manifest in all kinds of weird behavior. If this is uncharacteristic for him, it might be worth suggesting he seek help before getting the law involved.
