Hippos are the most badass creatures in Africa. They have no natural predators. Even crocs avoid them.

Interesting subject. I can't imagine running up on a fricking 3300 lb. hippo in an airboat in the marsh. It would make for a more interesting hunt I would imagine

This article greatly underestimates south Louisianians ability to hunt, kill and eat dang near anything. Once we figured out to cook them right, those things would be gone in no time.
