In '81 or 82, the school board and John Parker vowed to fix all of the problems, through forced bussing. I notice that the schools that were A schools then are now F schools.
I realize it was a little more complicated than that, but nonetheless, all the good schools are now shite.

I can tell you that the high performing private/Catholic schools use "means to pay" as a filter. There's a reason why Catholic High, Jesuit, etc don't accept vouchers.

Eh even some of the ‘A’ rated schools I’d venture to say don’t even come close to stacking up to the upper tier schools of other states
