In the past I would have more than likely taken the cops side no matter what. But all I’ve seen and read the last 2 month about cops enforcing these unconstitutional regulations I now look at them in a new light. Borderline brown shirts with low education who rally around their own and their paychecks and that’s it.

From the article. I guess the officer thinks the victim kept attacking the officers fist with his face.
And it didn’t look like a physical altercation between the suspect and the officer. It was a physical assault by the officer on the “suspect”. The man wasn’t even fighting back.
