Ok, it wasn't a family member's property either. Just a friend's.

Seems the prosecutors are hell bent in this case to keep this kid's address public. Defense wants his location under seal, prosecutors are like nope, let's make a media circus out of him running instead. Definitely seems like he will get a fair trial.

Because Rittenhouse killed someone, property can be replaced, lives can't. My point is he put himself in this position and so did the guys who died.
I'm totally fine with having these ethical discussions with someone...as long as that person acknowledges he legally defended himself.

Business owners have insurance

Most small business insurance policies don't cover looting and rioting either, but liberals are too fricking stupid to comprehend that.

If you have a take on any subject, I would instinctively pick the opposite side even if I knew nothing about it.
Any wise person should do the same.
You suck so hard dude.

Like I told the other fricking moron who tried to parrot this bullshite, if you're going to get involved on a topic, at least know what the frick you're talking about.
Which you don't.
He never crossed state lines with a rifle.

She put herself in that position by wearing that dress.

You're correct, my mistake. I do find it interesting how he did get the rifle. Seems legal

Look at the liberal universities' Title IX hearings. They had all the legitimacy of Nazi drumhead trials. This is what Kyle will face in Wisconsin. And the statists on here will cheer it loudly.

Criminal trials don't work that way. He will still have all of his constitutional rights, regardless of any political interference.
They will still need a UNANIMOUS jury of 12 peers pulled from Kenosha County Wisconsin to find him guilty. Based on what I have seen and read of the case, that is unlikely to happen. At least one person in that jury box will uphold legal rights versus the political lynch mob (assuming his defense atty is not horrible at voir dire).

Jury selection will be a BIG part of the case.

For Democrats that will only ever happen when they are attempting to pander / win political points. Example: all of 2020 they couldn’t give a shite about police officers; 2 are injured in Capitol Riots and Biden is at their memorial and the media talks about them as heroes all week.
So jumping bail is ok as long as the person aligns with your political views?

Maybe you should be asking the DA in Kenosha that concerning why he failed to bring charges against the felon with the gun that tried to kill Rittenhouse when Kyle shot him in self defense
So just deflect? Is it ok for a person to jump bail if you think you are being treated unfairly or think they are innocent?

Man my quads are hurting after jumping through all these hoops
Posted on 2/4/21 at 5:18 pm to Sneaky__Sally
Sure, why not?
There are no norms any more. You do what you can get away with.

Regardless of what decisions Rittenhouse made that placed him there, what was he supposed to do once the other three attacked him, just let them beat him senseless or kill him?
Posted on 2/5/21 at 2:00 pm to Sneaky__Sally
It's not deflection when you point out the person's hypocrisy thus completely destroying the validity of their question

Rittenhouse fired his attorney. I'm sure it had something to do with this.
