The judge added a no alcohol and no hanging out with bigots clause to his bail conditions.

Serious question: who, in this instance, decides who is and isn't a bigot?

Now the bonding agents will be looking for him.

His bonding agent is probably pulling for him to run off and not show up for court. That would be a nice pay day for the bail bondsman.

Would you want your 17 year old kid present at any rally or riot armed with an assault rifle

My kid? No. But if my 17 yr old felt the call to stand up against other 17 yr olds (and adults) and stop them from trashing the town in which he worked, I'd hope he would be prepared and have the wherewithal to defend himself from attackers. Should they try and kill him. Which they did...

Which Mr. Rittenhouse did. Without injuring an innocent bystander as well.

Ok I’ll admit I didn’t realize he lived that close. But still he made the conscious decision to go to a hostile situation. And so did everyone else that was there.

It’s just a shame that the entire thing took place. Whoever was looking out for him shouldn’t have allowed him to be there. Now two people lost their lives and the kids life is going to be ruined

I don’t know how people can defend this kid.

Try dropping a pair first and read on.

He made the decision to drive from out of state with an assault rifle to the riots, obviously looking for trouble

Kyle lived in a bordering town nearby

I obviously don’t agree that people were attacking him and in that moment you have to defend yourself but it’s a shame he was there in the first place.

It isn't really, the guy handled himself well and you even admitted that people were attacking him. He killed a pedo and wounded a felon who had a firearm....illegally.

What do you think about the fine folks that were present to set fires and harass innocent people to begin with?

Not that I need people to defend me, but what are you talking about?

What about Bama putting together the best recruiting class ever?

Weren’t the 2 people that he shot after they attacked him in fact “white”? How exactly does white supremacy play into that?

Piece of shite fricking Democrats have to throw race into everything. It’s their only play.

He worked in Kenosha and was asked by a person he knew to help defend his property from people who were hell-bent on destroying the town. But yeah those not wanting property destroyed are the ones in the wrong.

frick it. I hope he does run and never gets caught so he doesn't end up in some activist kangaroo court at this point.

Wasn’t he also there leaning graffiti and administering first aid to any and all that needed it? This includes the thugs that were attacking him.

Yeah if he is smart then he is en route to a country that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the U.S.

If real Americans were smart they wouldn't convict him of anything, but I don't have much faith in the system or lack there of currently. He obviously was within his right to protect himself from the attacks directed at him.

As crazy as this board is, I thought Rittenhouse was universally hated. This board still surprises me

Even the New York Times and Washington post did thorough articles piecing the whole timeline together and describing the individuals involved. Both men who attacked rittenhouse did so without him provoking them. They both had violent histories. One specifically against underaged children. We have video showing them chasing him. We have no evidence of him agressing upon them initially. Nor claims that he did. Those papers both admit they both grabbed for his gun while pursuing him and only then did he kill them. The third pulled a gun on him and he blew his arm off. We have this on video and in a timeline from two major papers who would never do this kid any favors.

Unless more video evidence exists which would either be turned over to the defense and most likely leaked publicly then this isn’t really a hard case. There simply isn’t any known proof of KR provoking anyone. There is ample video of him being provoked by two individuals known to be violent.

Universally hated? How so and who is pushing that?

I won't call him a hero, but he is a hero imo. He was attacked from all sides literally by people that meant him harm and exercised his 2a rights to protect himself. A lot of lefties got their butts hurt about it because he killed a pedophile and wounded a felon that literally pulled a gun on him.
