Unless more video evidence exists which would either be turned over to the defense and most likely leaked publicly then this isn’t really a hard case. There simply isn’t any known proof of KR provoking anyone. There is ample video of him being provoked by two individuals known to be violent.
None of this matters to the people who followed the news for 24 hours after it happened. The narrative was set and those people moved on to the next woke story. They give zero fricks about facts or even circumstances in the ground at the time. All they know is Kyle is a white supremacist fricksti k who killed two progressive angels and a third martyr was injured due to his bigotry from across the country.
