Do yall think we get a verdict today?
Posted on 11/15/21 at 11:17 am to JDPndahizzy
I believe the expectation is for tomorrow at the earliest.

I feel bad for any waiters who have to deal with this judge agonizing over what he wants to order from the menu.

I think it'll be a hung jury.. Almost guaranteed to be at least one lefty liberal and at least one 2nd amendment proponent. Neither will cave...

I really hope not

I thought the judge prohibited the prosecution from using the word "victim"?

Pros arguing he could have stopped and assessed. Why would he need to assess after a first shot if it wasn't self defense?

Has to exhaust all means of escape before self defense. Bull fricking shite.

Prosecutor keeps saying that Rittenhouse was the one that decided where to run and not Rosenbaum
I mean, that’s what happens when you are being chased. The chaser doesn’t make that decision, the chasee does

I can't help but think after hearing all the evidence and testimony in this case I would have my mind pretty well made up already and closing arguments would just be a formality for me if I was on the jury.

I can't tell if he truly is that awful at his job or trying to get a mistrial.

Exactly
My thought as well. There will be one or two morons that won’t budge

Honestly, it shouldn’t even go to jury. This whole thing is a fricking joke.

If the jury is sane we’ll have a verdict five fricking minutes after they deliberate.

Binger just said that Kyle should have done a warning shot in the air instead. Honestly, did they just do a raffle on /pol on Reddit and let some random shite poster serve as the prosecution? This guy should be immediately disbarred and held in jail for contempt. Worst prosecution I’ve seen bar none.

Wouldn’t that be reckless endangerment?

wouldnt that be a crime as well?

Yes, then the POS prosecutor would've said "if you're going to fire the weapon it better be for justified deadly force"

I thought just the sight of the gun was enough -
