Pros arguing he could have stopped and assessed. Why would he need to assess after a first shot if it wasn't self defense?

I can't help but think after hearing all the evidence and testimony in this case I would have my mind pretty well made up already and closing arguments would just be a formality for me if I was on the jury.

This guy should be immediately disbarred and held in jail for contempt. Worst prosecution I’ve seen bar none.
