Fighting over an enhanced still taken from that drone video. I backtracked and watched the video again, his back should be to the drone if I understand what they are saying about the direction they claim he pointed the rifle, but either I can't see good enough or the video sucks because it was taken from, what looks like a couple hundred feet away, at night, with the defendant's back to the drone.

I’m thinking Rittenhouse will be found innocent and riots happen again. Resulting in another shooting. And another Rittenhouse type case. And repeat each year like the Super Bowl.

Even if the jury convicts, I think the judge will overturn it.

The judge is pretty based, though
He's the longest tenured judge in the state. The perfect judge to put on a case if you don't want a judge who cares about his future. The guy is 75 and I'm fairly sure DGAF about the left wing woke mob.
I do get a laugh or two when I see his highlights from this trial. One of my doctors is from a city to the west of Milwaukee which is at the same distance as Kenoshs to the south. He's old, no nonsense, and has zero use for technology. I wouldn't be surprised to see that same cookie catalog in his office.
I've been second guessing my knowledge on this. Can the prosecution appeal the case or is it done when the jury comes back NG? I don't think so but the Knox and Pistorius cases overseas seemed to have appeals going back and forth from both sides.

You cannot be tried for the same crime twice.
Not in a criminal court.
So, not guilty by jury, or mistrial with prejudice by judge, and Kyle is free.

You think it's all blizzards and below zero temps up here in November?
It isn't that damn cold. Certainly not for those that live up north. I haven't worn more than a windbreaker this month.

If they turn out with similar outcomes, sure, why not. Hell, make it a new holiday!
