Didn’t he set Kyle’s bond at $2M? Which Kyle couldn’t afford to post? Why would a judge biased towards to the defendant do that?
They already had their minds made up on him as soon as it happened. No amount of evidence is going to change their minds so they’re seeking out other BS reasons to explain it.

They shouldn't be mad at the judge they should be mad at the ineffective DA prosecuting. That team is horrible at this..

Well in all fairness this is a political show trial which should have never been brought at all.
The fact that these 2 ADAs are terrible human beings doesn’t help either.

They had some freelance "journalist" on the stand after the hot detective. His testimony was heavily in favor of Kyle, the prosecutor was just getting into questioning when they broke for lunch and I didn't see the rest.
