His line of questioning is borderline retarded and if he keeps pushing it, he will prove that it was indeed self defense.
They did show the photo of Huber with the handgun at the trial, but they didn't show it on the TV feed I was watching.
The ADA made the point that it looked like Huber had his handgun down but Rittenhouse had his gun raised at Huber. Rittenhouse's response was that he didn't really have the gun aimed at Huber in the photo and that it was an angle issue with the camera.
Since they didn't show the photo, it was hard to judge. But if anyone has seen it, was Rittenhouse's response plausible?

I don't what brownie points the prosecutor thinks he's making with this cross examination, but he's coming across as a total douchebag.
He’s embarrassing himself
He’s pretty much making the case for self defense

It sounds like he was the only one there acting inappropriately that night.

The fact that he is on trial with video evidence showing he acted appropriately, is terrifying.
The main problem Rittenhouse has is that he intentionally went hostile into a crowd armed with a deadly weapon. Why the frick was her there armed to kill? Then he did kill. Then members of the crowd went after him to try to stop an active shooter. So he shot them too.
While I can see that the kid was terrified, he created the deadly situation. This isn't so clean.

How bad does it piss you off that one 17 year old kid with an AR just absolutely destroyed those degenerates?

He went in intentionally hostile? What evidence do you have he went in hostile?

Imagine siding with a short pedophile.

You haven't watched 3 seconds of this trial, have you? Almost none of what you typed is accurate per everything presented in court.

Is this kid on trial for lying to a murderous mob? Seriously?
“You didn’t tell some random person the truth! Reeeeee!”

2nd Amendment. Despite your animosity towards it and desire to get rid of it. It still exists.

You do know they were rioting and burning a city down, correct?

Hitting somebody in the head 2 time with a skateboard seems pretty inappropriate to me.

That guy is talking straight out of his arse. He wants Rittenhouse to be guilty for ideological reasons, actual guilt or innocence has nothing to do with it

It's hilarious reading from the posters who obviously had their minds made up from the beginning that he was guilty. He shot a racist pedophile, an idiot who attacked him with a skateboard, and a guy who aimed down on him. If he truly was a mass shooter, he would have shot people who did not directly represent a clear and present threat.

They don't actually watch the trial and come to their own conclusion. They aren't capable of that.
They just read the lies from their media and go with that. It's sad that independent thought is lost on the left today. It used to be a staple of the liberal side.

Guilty or not guilty, a fricking 17yo kid shouldn't be out in the middle of violent protests armed with an AR-15. Nothing good could come of the situation.
His mother should be ashamed of herself for allowing her son to be in that position that night.

Still cleaner than the above post filled with spelling and grammar errors

Someone said this would be the play long before you showed your arse up.
If the dude looked like a robot and showed no emotion as he was questioned, you'd say that was proof he is a cold-blooded killer.
