Yes this is really dumb. There’s nothing kyle could offer on the stand that outweighs the potential damage.
Makes no sense.

I would have spent dozens of hours talking to him about that it would be a terrible idea. Though we will likely never know for sure whether the attorney thought it was a good idea, or whether the kid demanded it. Ultimately, you can’t stop him. Case law puts the choice to testify solely in the discretion of the client. The attorney has no control.

The one thing I do know about Criminal trials is that as soon as the defendant testifies, they're pretty much sealing their fate as guilty.
3 shots in to Rosenbaum while he was lying on the ground is not a good look.

wtf is this prosecutor saying "did [dead guy] ask to take your gun"?

I think, despite the shite show this morning, the ADA has flipped the momentum in the game.

Pretty funny. Apparently the judge's phone rang earlier and wasn't silenced. The song he uses for a ring tone is the same song Trump uses at his rallies.
Do you mean a song that has been around for 37 years and once reached no 7 on the top 100? Man, what are the odds this judge likes it and uses it?
You are pathetic

The Prosecutor just went with the ages old "he just wanted to take your gun so you wouldn't shoot him." Which is what every dude who tries to grab a police officers gun says.
Such complete bullshite.
Such complete bullshite.

I think the jury hates this prick as much as most of us do.

"Since I am innocent of the crime, I find it decidedly inconvenient that the gun was never found."

Here is the rub: absolutely none of you watching on TV know what these jurors think or how any of this is playing out in real timein the courtroom. Anybody think after watching the OJ Simpson trial on TV that those jurors would reach the conclusion they did?

My property is worth more than a looter, rioter, or thiefs life.

Damn. This cross examination is just over the first shooting. There's gonna be 2 more days of these types of questions for the other 2 shootings.
