I’ll add some more hate toward BK. Megyn Kelly said that he’ll receive a personal tablet in his cell and can purchase a TV. Basically, he can rewatch all the documentaries, sentencing, and YT to relive his gruesome crimes again and again.

Kohberger was not a 'serial killer in waiting,' prosecutor says
Investigators uncovered no evidence that Kohberger was a “serial killer in waiting,” Latah County Prosecuting Attorney Bill Thompson told reporters.

I seriously think the details of what a serial killer needs to be redefined. This part has nothing to do with this case, but the race aspect.

In the US the serial killer with the most number of kills is black. There was Derek Todd Lee, the DC sniper was black..

But the part about he was not a serial killer in waiting doesn't factor in his thoughts. Its obvious he lacks emotions. It just seems odd to say "he was not a serial killer in waiting". Unless you have access to his thoughts that doesn't seem like something you can say as fact.

He was also on the phone for approximately a hour at 6:00 AM (two hours after the murders) with his parents. I wonder what was said/discussed?

What exactly do you talk to your parents about for an hour after you’ve savagely murdered four people??? Did he flip a switch from crazed butcher to “regular guy checking in on the parents” or was he still crazed out his mind during that conversation?? The parents need to answer for this.
I have good friends and relatives that have turned a blind eye to their children fricking up: drugs, bad grades, whoring around - whatever. This is just a whole different level of parental lack of awareness.

I would like to know what led up to the first time he drove by that house. They said he drove by it what, 20 or 30+ times the months leading up to the murders? So what led him to drive by that house the first time?

I think the Elliott Rodger copycat angle is probably the answer. As far as how he found the house, I'd bet he stalked their social media even if he didn't follow or friend them, then stalked them at work or school and followed them home. This guy clearly had no idea how to talk to women and was a full blown incel.

Yeah I don’t get that. Does anyone think he was going to go one and done?

I don’t. Had he been successful, he would have done it again.

At sentencing, I think he still relished what he’d done minus getting caught.

I don't recall if he was the GA at the same school as them, but if so, I'd imagine it wouldn't be too hard for him to find their address in the university database.

In his mind, he won. He got to live out his sick fantasy, didn't have to confess or give any details, and chose his own outcome. The media and everyone also talked about him for years.

He now gets an internet tablet, cable tv, library, outdoors exercise, and 3 meals a day in a protected environment for the rest of his life. The only thing different about his new life is he can't travel anywhere or physically commit these crimes again. He was always going to end up alone.

If he's in maximum security, he only gets to leave his cell for one hour a day. I read that he may be sent to one out of state for his safety, though.

Yep. The guy is just a total antisocial, sociopath that's likely on the spectrum...just completely dead inside and devoid of any emotion, compassion, sympathy...just nothing. No remorse ... just absolutely dead inside.

I wonder if medication could have potentially helped.

His former worldwide-esteemed criminal psychology professor, Dr. Katherine Ramsland, said she wants to study him in prison and get inside his mind to understand him. She is the one who thoroughly interviewed and wrote a book about Dennis Rader (BTK). I think she studied the serial killers Ted Bundy and Ed Kemper as well.
On one hand, I think that’s a beneficial need for society and for friends and families to get some closure on a lot of questions. Then again, you’ll be feeding his narcissistic ego and giving him exactly what he wants.

I’m listening to the James Patterson audiobook right now, and he’s talking about how much BK idolized that incel Elliot Rodger. There are many parallels between the two of them including losing their best friend, getting rejected by women, creeping around at night, driving around late at night because they couldn’t sleep, and even getting stopped by the police 1 month before both of their killings took place.

Except that he took that picture of himself right after the murders. He was pretty happy with himself then.

I'm on the 3rd episode of the Prime documentary. Those poor family and friends. The roommates were accused of all manner of things, along with many friends. Just awful!

she should have figured out by now that these pieces of crap don't divulge any honest information that would benefit the field of criminology...they puff themselves up and lie about supposed motivations...the world would be better off if nobody ever spoke or wrote his name again...let him languish in obscurity, the worst punishment any of these losers could receive...

I'm just catching up on the recent news. So Xana was stabbed 50 times and Kayle over 30? Holy crap. I'm guessing that's why he didn't care about the other roommate, he was likely exhausted by that point.
