Also since all of us millennials live in our parents' basements, shouldn't Kleenex be picking up the lost sales of diapers?

People are going to overreact to this article for no reason.

The lady is being 100% honest. People are having less babies so their products aren't selling as much. She in no way said people need to start having babies

And unless you are lucky enough to naturally get pregnant without medical help...it is also too damn expensive to conceive or adopt.

This. With that said, the adoption process scares me. While there are places that are reliable, the whole idea that there have been more people, than I feel comfortable with, who pays a lot of money and doesn't come away with a child... But that's besides the point.

Either way, maybe if the TP companies lower the price on TP people would buy more.

There's an environmentalist hippie trend among many basic bitch moms to use cloth diapers, that's probably hurting them alot.

a lot of paper companies are getting out of the heavy fluff paper used for these products because the returns aren't worth the cost. Weyerhaeuser sold off the last of their fluff mills to IP and there are some rumors that IP is going to shut them down and sell the equipment overseas, but this is coming from mill hands so take it with a grain of salt.

Who do you think makes those private label diapers?

Wrong.

PL diapers are made by First Quality and Domtar, for the most part.

Then your business isn't needed. Less pollution, and wasted resources.

There goes the SS Ponzi scheme. Who’s going to support the boomers now?

Reducing population growth is bad for business but probably good for everyone in the long run.

Kimberly Clark is making Amazon's new private label, but you are right. It looks like private label is only 5% of their business.

It's GenX that's going to take it up the chute on SS. The vast majority of boomers are already retired and collecting SS. The oldest GenX'ers are around 57.

Sounds like they need to develop more relevant products.
