That boy hasn’t had a chance at life. Nobody has ever put a fishing rod in his hand and showed him the right way to live?
He’s young enough to turn his life around but he would need to be taken out of the life he has now and far removed from his friends.
It’s Sad all the way around.

He has no father or grandfather in his life. He was raised by feral hoodlums on the street, which is why he is now one of them.
