I've been to Harbor Island and it is beautiful....the resort area and the little town don't reflect this, but their is a super rich portion of the island on the north side that the normal traveler or local doesn't have access to ...we saw some of the houses by boat and they had to be worth 10s of millions of dollars. It could happen there.
