guy sounds like he was a sap and a rube, can't be a whole lot of people that have been at bars late at night all over the world than me, and I don't recall ever being close to that happening to me

From her Facebook: Danette Colbert (Queen Jackson) Imagine, the last thing this dude heard was this "Queen" saying "good night my sweet prince"

I’ll never get to the point where I spend sexy time with a beast like that.

Obviously therapy helps traumatic incidents like losing a spouse like he did. Surrounding yourself with family and friends instead of drugs and hookers.

My cousin, young fairly healthy, went to a bachelor party with some dudes he went to high school with. He did one bump of cocaine and had an Heart attack and died instantly
That sucks, but it's all but guaranteed he had a serious heart condition and was just as likely to die playing a game of basketball or working out.

Isn't that what happened to Len Bias?

So drugs and hookers As we thought
That to me reads as he wasn’t intentionally taking the drugs
So everyone shitting on the dude and he may have been drugged while simply drinking and that results in his death

Yeah we don't know.
She puts something in his drink and he's out of his mind, gets him in a car or back in his room. Dead

Me and my wife recently saved someone’s life in December
We were downtown for my work Christmas party staying at the Sonesta
As we are heading to our room we see a middle aged guy in nice clothes out of his mind being followed by some “youths”.
We approached him. Dude had no idea what was happening. I told my wife we are taking this guy to the cops. As we are doing so his phone rings with someone called “Sarah” dialing. We answer. Turns out it’s his wife, he is a normal dude with kids on a work trip. She tells us where he is staying. We walk him there to front desk get a key, bring him to room and literally tuck the dude in
His wife wanted to Venmo us like 10k but of course we refused. He was about to be at best robbed at worst dead
I’ll never forget how frightened she sounded on the phone

I mean she was full blown panicked man. It kinda made me sick to my stomach listening to her

I completely understand but as a grown man and father you have to fight for your daughter. Your sole purpose in life was to provide a stable life for her. Her life is completely altered now. All because he chose hookers and blow to cope. There’s thousands of alternatives to cope that won’t kill you.
I don't disagree with this.
While not hookers and blow, from what I can tell, my BIL pretty much took off from the responsibility of raising his 3 year old daughter when my sister died unexpectedly back in 2011. He's still 'present', but I don't know how good of a job he's doing. His new heinous bitch of a wife certainly isn't helping things, but that's a little further off topic.

There really should be people (volunteers or part of some police unit maybe?).. Several, up and down Bourbon and in the french quarter, who are out there to help people in certain situations, like the guy you and your wife help, was in.. Especially during events like the Super Bowl, Mardi Gras, etc, etc. Its never a good idea to go out there alone, but there is always people looking for an opportunity to pounce on someone.
