Probably bad oysters with fent in it.

The fentanyl mania is strong around here.

my best friend from high school is a retired sports writer(T-P,) and has covered everything from HBCU football games to the Super Bowl and I've gone to a shite load of those events with him using media credentials, no matter what the city, venue, or sport, there was hard core partying going on all the time I was around it, coming up on 50 years, hell, if Molly's in the quarter is still there I'll bet there are sports writers still in that place that have been retired for years but just never bothered to go home

I’m not familiar with that, but I haven’t been to the French Quarter in 20 years or so

In the 1990s, and early 2000s, I was a fat city aficionado. Never was interested in the quarter. I don’t like all that traffic.

at the time Molly's was pretty close to where the TP was published, convenient to work and where a lot of them lived, doubt they even have any real "writers" on staff anymore, I think the rag is published in Mobile now

Molly’s is a dive bar institution with the smallest men’s room in America. You walk straight in and have to back up to get out.

So cheap that’s where all the service industry people drink. Tourist are afraid to go in there.

This comment section...good Lord. Show some respect.

This man just lost his wife and had a daughter at home. This is a terrible situation.

If the belief of an OD is remotely accurate, the he probably shouldn’t be hitting up the party scene so hard knowing what responsibility he has back home

Came here hoping the OT would have a meaningful scoop on this wild situation.

Lots of spiked cocaine talk. Is that just the OT doing its thing or does anyone really know something. Usually there are meaningful rumors in the comments or here, but with a brief glance I cant find anything. Just curious.
