Birmingham has restricted water usage during droughts.
This isn't some authoritarian overreach.
As soon as the rains return, all should go back to normal.
No one needs to plant anything this time of year anyway.
Just my opinion..

Did Katy have these restrictions last year?

ETA: The answer is yes, yes they did at roughly the same time, which makes sense being that the drought was worse then.

After seeing that baw from Foley, AL say that his mayor was implementing water restrictions without a sign of drought in sight I needed to know.
