If the races were reversed this would be going a lot differently right now.

And it wouldn’t be justified for a white kid to go stabbing a black kid at some sporting event at school.

I’m completely shocked at your take on this entire thing. You’ve been brainwashed by what you see on social media. I bet you have a George Floyd bust sitting in your living room and will vote “yes” for reparations.

Even more concerning that the filth you were preaching is that 4 other dumbshits on this board actually agreed with you.

The school district has chosen not to reply to our questions regarding this information. Therefore, we have pulled the info temporarily in order to allow the school district time to respond accordingly.

I have personally asked the school district if there was any security in place at the event and the district declined to answer. "

I’m seeing idiots claim there is “footage” of the incident. I haven’t seen that in any affidavit or charging document; anyone know about that?

Frisco police announced that they have more than one video when asked that question in a news conference. They didn’t elaborate.

With so many kids on their phones, not surprising there would be video.

This kid is a fricking rocket scientist and all those coaches listed as witnesses to the event or witnesses to the confession are about to get a bunch of shite from race baiters.

Oh, by the way, the coroner’s report was released yesterday. Please provide your thoughts on those findings.

3 kids’ lives, and their families, are forever ruined and this is what we are doing? Conjecture on why a student had a knife? Why was the deceased using drugs?

There is much more to this story. Sadly, America is caught in this racial cesspool that it seemingly can’t free itself from for whatever reason. I guess it’s cool to hate.

But, carry on.

This is certainly a take. I carry a knife and I'm a conceal carry type, you cannot initiate the confrontation, and you certainly have a pretty tough road to hoe if the person you stab/shoot does not have a weapon.

So you always bring your knife to a school track meet?

So the school can withhold evidence and generally not cooperate?

Was it a public or private school?

I see where you are going with that question but his alleged history of having a knife isn't evidence. He already admitted to stabbing the dude.

Yeah, I get that.

I assume they are within their rights to not cooperate, but I thought generally schools worked with local PD.

Is this quote from the reporter who reported prior suspensions but then redacted report? Or is from the police?

It’s a little confusing due to it being included with and under the arrest report but is also a response to the OP that mentioned redacted news report.

EDIT: I relooked at link in OP and see quote is from CBS 11’s Amelia Mugavero who originally reported claims about prior suspensions and not from the Police. The quote is her clarifying retraction of her original report.

Is the quote from the police or from the reporter or news station that reported claims about prior suspensions?

I went back and reread the link in OP and saw that the quote is from CBS 11’s Amelia Mugavero who originally reported the claims about prior suspensions and is not from the Police. She hadn’t yet clarified why it was retracted at the time I first read thru the article at the link in the OP. It was already retracted then but not yet explained like it is now.

Anthony changes attorneys for 2nd time and is now on 3rd set of attorneys since arrest.
quote:

Anthony was previously represented by attorneys Billy Clark and Kim T. Cole. Last week, the law firm released a statement on behalf of the 17-year-old, seeking to reduce his $1 million bond.

The Clark Law Firm and K Cole Law confirmed to WFAA Saturday that their firm no longer represents Anthony in any capacity and that Dallas defense attorney Mike Howard will now represent their former client.
