There are good people in it that are doing it for the right reasons but you do have your share of quacks. But to say the entire industry is garbage is a bad take.

Really just a ton of options that are better than misquoting statistics, and then completely making up storylines based on the misquoted stats in order to publicly announce you’ll be acting like a jerk and not participating in social norms.

This thread is very similar to threads about who should be using handicapped parking spots. Every individual has a different set of circumstances and yes there are abusers and accusers. Get a life and work on something more significant.

I was up visiting my son and a lady was unloading her groceries and children at a grocery store as we were parking. On our way up to the door I asked her if she would mind if I took her basket for her since she was finishing with it. It worked out well for both of us.

Honestly who gives a shite. I try to take my cart back, I don't occasionally. They have paid staff that collects them ocasionally. Some days I grab one from the outfield and take it in. None of this is consequential. It's not like they are forcing Starvin Marvin from South Park to collect carts to have a bit to eat or a place to stay. Let's not go full Sally Struthers here. There is no outrage to be had.

I used to return it every time, even in the rain. Then I had an accident and became handicapped, I can walk, just not very far. On the rare occasion I can go to a grocery store, the cart is my walker, pride keeps me from using an electric cart, but once I finish and get to my car, I'm done.
But, I usually go to Hi-Nabor, they have a lot of cart corrals, I use those.

Kids aren't going to get hurt sitting in the car while she walk 20 ft away to the corral. Our society is so soft.
