I also wonder if Bev nows reads or listens to people's opinions on how she handled this trial. She may not due to her own ego.
I'd love to find out how many complaints the Commission on Judicial Conduct received.

Didn’t follow this one bit, but it sounds like I should be happy for her that she’s been acquitted.

Congrats KR.

Sounds like a sketchy situation to say the least, but glad I didn’t get caught up in it.

This is only the second high profile case I've followed. I am sure I'll pay attention to the Idaho murders.

Bev tried to screw this up and get a conviction, but she failed with the CW. This should be used in training judges on what not to do.
As was brought all along. I think the facts spoke for themselves and her antics had no bearing on the outcome.

Given the vast majority of this board seems to believe she is innocent, why do we think his family is so adament that she is not.

He was a cop, they are probably just back the blue'ers that believe police never do anything wrong.

Bluntly I am completely ignorant on the case - really do not know the details, but how many people would need to be in on the conspiracy for her to have not done it in this case. For example, I read something about a broken taillight with his dna on it and she has a broken tail light. Wouldn't quite a few need to be in on this? Not questioning, just trying to understand
You're coming in at the end asking those questions? It's going to take a book and/or documentary to explain it all. And you can bet there will be.

Could Karen have done this sure, but that’s not how it works.
You've watched everything and still believe it? If you were paying attention you'd know that the science says she couldn't have.

Good question! You would certainly think so, however, I am sure there will be no investigation because the only other options are either cops or family of cops. It will go unsolved and the police will say, "we got our person, the media screwed this up for us!"

From what I understand the defense asked for that charge to be added to give the jury “something” to find her guilty of… so it was either the most genius or dumbest idea ever.. knowing her team I’ll go with genius.
