I've seen 2 dudes declare mutual combat in front of a police officer. This was on the eastcoast and apparently it's an actual law.
There were some rules to it but for the most part it was a bare knuckle brawl and the nothing happened to either guy

Well, that had to be one boring fight.

I would pay $5 to watch this and I'd bet $5 on the woman to win. I bet she'd sit back wait for him to do all kinda ninja warrior moves and shite and then just jab him right in the frickin throat.

i mean, if he wins, he gets to keep all of his shite. if she wins , she gets it all. seems fair to me.

I think he's going to be more like a rabid animal with nothing to lose. He's going to unleash extreme violence with an aggression she can't match. He has clearly been driven to the brink of insanity, and one simply cannot account for that level of crazy.
Of course, she could be naturally crazy. So, that may be a push. I think it hinges on his proficiency with the weapon.

The majority of men in the U.S. usually get screwed in divorce court.

Not if she brings a gun.
well see... that would be set in the ground rules (yes... weirdly rules were agreed upon for duels by the 2 sides in medieval time)
hope he gets the Mountain to be his champion before she picks him

Stand your ground laws would apply here so never bring a knife/sword to a gun fight.

I'd assume so, since he suggested his ex-wife should pick her lawyer.
