There’s like 50 people in Huron. I’m pretty sure this lady just registered to be a council person, or she “won” an uncontested election. I’ve lived in Kansas for most of my adult life, traveling all over the state with work, and never heard of this place.
I’m no expert, but I’m guessing either meth or bath salts though.
