Not really.. at least not in Manhattan proper .. Mostly just taxi, Uber and limo drivers.. and bicycle messengers.. hell, I don’t even drive in NOLA.. whenever i visit NOLA, i drive to the hotel, have the truck valeted, then i don’t touch It until the end of the weekend or week i am there.. Manhattan is like that x 10 .

I don't mean continuously, but I in fact do drive in Manhattan every once in a while.

Oh Cry me a River. This I Promise You, On The Other Side of him being this Selfish he will be in a Better Place. This will be a mistake he regrets Until the End of Time and even thought the cops wanted him to Say Something to make it worse to add on charges, This I Promise You, he'll get away mostly unscathed and things will be back to Perfect.
