Good friend is an NFL agent (he was Jamarcus Russell's first agent) and has tons of stories of his players (and some coaches) and their side-pieces. He and his agency had to clean up a lot of messes.

Depends on the state. But typically it's just put in the income and it spits out a number. I doubt there's a lump sum payment unless it's for arrears child support.

She's a former LSU athlete, got her JD from University of Miami is apparently an attorney now. He could have done a lot worse. Hopefully they work out some kind of cordial relationship for the sake of the kid
