Did they say if vehicle was checked? Have to believe he was either waiting for the drugs or had them on him in vehicle.

Obviously a toy gun as could be clearly seen in the .002 seconds the officer had to make that decision. Officer should be fired, arrested and jailed.

In all seriousness this is how shite happens in real life, and why idiots that don't understand situations like the officer in oklahoma are never black and white (err poor wording). You have to show your hands and follow orders. This is also why you can see why it's so incredibly easy for some officers to be very uneasy in certain situations, it's very likely they have been in a similar situation in the past that made them very leery.
