Just when you thought the crime with black males couldn’t get any worse “Wheelchair theif”

As I’m reading on this forum I get a notification from Ring that is titled “Wheelchair thief” and it’s a video of a black male in a wheel chair trying to pop open car doors to steal stuff

I saw this dude in Jefferson Terrace today when I went to Circle K. He was just fiddling around in the street. Saw him further down the street when I came home. I went back out and there was a Deputy Sheriff questioning him. This was about 4 pm. He looked sketchy AF
