Imagine if they did 4 seconds how strong they’d be.

Five seconds of actual lifting. 59 minutes and 55 seconds of looking at yourself in the mirror.

That's going from curling a 30 to a 33.
In a month.
Whoop de freaking do.
Or it could be going from benching 250 to 275 in a month.

Muscle strength increased more than 10 per cent for the group which performed the eccentric bicep curl after the four weeks, but less increase in muscle strength was found for the other two exercise groups.
See you in March, 90 pound bench max

Telling the lady friend this tonight...if she's patient she'll get what she wants eventually.

This is to aid old people
Older people have known this secret for years. Old man strength doesn’t come from the gym.
They get their workouts in by hauling around 50lb bags of dog food and fertilizer, throwing their 5 year old grandkids up in the air, and little handyman jobs around the house.

Get this kilogram gay shite out of here before we call ICE on this foreign f@ggot.
But it's funny no one here got it. 30kg to 33kg is 10% guys.
Give that man back his downvotes. But only if he pays taxes and shows his papers.

I don't know. I always see the most increase when I am not exercising.

Did some fatty who doesn’t like exercise come up with this?
Posted on 2/8/22 at 2:56 pm to Jax Teller
30 to 33 is a 10% increase no matter what the units are... that wasn't the reason for the downvotes.

The study involved 39 healthy university students performing one muscle contraction at maximum effort for three seconds per day for five days a week over four weeks.
Probably forgot to mention that group was on lots of gear.
