Worked with most of the battle group in the top pic while attached to the USS David R. Ray DD971. Check out the story of the ships name sake. Dude was an enlisted stud and MOH recipient, posthumously.

yep, some are really smart but just not quite right in the head, and seem to have an issue with personal hygeine...

this is coming from a surface nuke

GF's dad was a Captain and flight instructor. Said he taught some of the Blue Angels. Pretty cool stuff

If you are truly going into rough seas most of the planes will be brought below deck and all will be tied down with these below, by the line rats below, with the tie down chains... Been there... CV-66 USS America (VA-85), CVN-71 USS Theodore Roosevelt (VA-65) - A-6 Intruders






We only had 1 woman on any aircraft carrier I was ever on 1991 to 1994, but I'm sure they are everywhere now...
