There was one video of a house not in Baton Rouge where some AC genius or homeowner put a return air filter vent in the bathroom right next to the shitter.

I'm more offended there's paint on the poles in the closet. That's just shitty overlook. There should be some cabinets in that big arse laundry room. I know it's a spec house, but 1 cabinet aint that expensive. And I don't see a huge issue with the faucet, I have a bigger issue that there's a gold mirror and light with silver faucet and toilet paper holder. That's just dumb.

It's far enough away and GFI protected. What are you scared of?
That house definitely has cheaper finishes, like no undermount sinks in the granite vanities and the fixtures, but overall it's not terrible.
