call your doctor now and ask for a prescription of lidocaine cream and prescription strength anusol.
When I was getting pelvic radiation for rectal cancer, it cause the most horrific hemmoroidal pain. those two creams helped tremendously to numb the area and help with swelling. Or you can just hurt, burn, and bleed for a week or so. your call
