I don't think I'm going to send my kid to LSU. She'd be the first in 4 generations to not attend.

Lol what about other races history? Do these people not see the irony in what they are trying to push. In what way does the history course they take at LSU oppress other races.

I agree with you there. If they continue on this same trajectory, I'll be damned if my kids go there.
This is what happens when you have a bunch of liberal pansies on the board of supervisors. Free thinking is out the window with the leftist.

In the words of Lucius Fox, as played by Morgan Freeman, in The Dark Knight...

"This is just wrong."

I spent six years at LSU (02-08) and upon speaking with a counselor my second senior semester, I was informed if i took two particular classes, I could graduate with a minor in Af-Am studies. I was like “gtfo”. She said she in fact was not kidding.

So, I signed up for those classes, and they were a bad joke. One was one of the 4 A’s I made during my career at LSU, and one I was the only person who made a D in the entire class. The professor had us, the entire class, do “group work”. On mondays, you would be assigned a section of the chapter of the book. On Wednesday’s, you would write a 1 pg summary of said section. On Friday, you would read section to class.

Midterms came, and the entire class failed them. All 30 or so of us, cause we didn’t learn shite about the course material. Students protested, and the chancellor and Dean got involved. It was determined that there was miscommunication between the prof and students, and that if students signed this paper, they would receive a B on the test. I said this is BS, this professor sucks and should be fired. I didn’t sign the paper.
The professors name: “Dr” Broome, husband of current BR mayor

Still got my minor in Af-Am studies though. I guess I was ahead of the curve.

You think anyone in the LSU AAAS department in Stubbs or Coates hall is going to fail anyone with their holistic approach towards grading?

Tests are racist.

We go way back as well. My oldest is there and too far in to do much about it. First and last of my kids to go.

it's almost like LSU doesn't want donations from alumni.

I think I'd go one further with Nick Price. Zimbabwean trumps South African in any SJW conversation.

If students want to take the course that's ok. Requiring it for all students is a big steaming pile of

Why did they make the three Asian girls sit together at the end of the table? You can barely even see them.

I have to think 90% of the student athletes don't give a single frick about this. I bet the women's soccer team did this because of their white guilt.
