My GPA going into the fall semester was a 1.83. I brought that up to a 1.98. I sent my appeal in but the lady on the phone said the dean doesn't frick around and that she's never seen one approved. My GI bill runs out next semester.

You’re a dumbass who wasted free college with a stipend. All it takes to just pass undergrad is showing up.

Not sure you can say "brought that up" unless the number in front changes... 1.83 to 1.98 is a lateral move, at best.

I was on academic probation for 4 straight semesters at LSU.
Every semester, I had to write a letter stating why I was having academic hardships:
DWI
Girlfriend and I broke up
Working late nights/monetary issues
Roommate failed to pay our rent and yada yada
I graduated with a 2.02.
Times have changed, as that was 2006-2008.

My advice: use your military service and anything else you can think of, write a well worded and sincere letter to your advisor and the dean, and show up Monday, hat in hand. Maybe wear your military uniform. Blame the military, booze, relationships, whatever you’d like, and they should let you continue.

Come on man! I'm 47 years old I bet I could get a higher GPA than that. I think you need to head out to west Texas and look for a job.

I would literally go to class on mushrooms and still graduated with a 3.1 and a job. You have to try to be as dumb as you are.

My man.

1.9 at LSU, you are really dumb. How did they let you stay that long with those grades?

High Cotton.

Sorry - When it rains it pours. Even a rebuild can get expensive.

Damn I lucked out, I dropped below 2.0 one semester and brought it up a semester after that. Graduated with 2.25.
