There isnt though. Most are created as a group like the ones I posted above. The degenerate apes have a 10k supply and they were all minted in five minutes.
Some of them have gone upwards of 1 million. Its not uncommon at all for them do be upwards of 100k with ease.
The team also prides itself on picking charities that the community chooses to donate a ton of money to. Theyre big into saving animals.
Im ok with that. Plus I have a bunch in it

Except I could sell that today for a nice amount of money.

As I understand it, and maybe I’m wrong, they don’t even own the artwork. They just own a url or link to the url, or something like that.
This is true. You just own the code and if the artwork disappears from wherever it's hosted, you'll own a 404 error message.
This is especially a risk for NFT's that are licensed, like a Marvel or Disney character or something like that. If the company that hosts the artwork loses the licensing rights, the artwork will also disappear.

The nfts that are worth money are on the Eth and Sol networks. Those are stored on the blockchain and arent going anywhere like what youre describing.
This isnt like someone getting a 404 because chicken didnt pay his bills and his host dropped him

Right, but if anyone can create them and there's nothing that differentiates them as great pieces of art or anything like that, it's all fluff. And they can create more whenever they want. Unlike say, a Monet painting or something. There is what there is and there will never be any more.

This is all starting to sound like the junk wax era of baseball cards. A lot of people are going to waste a lot of money.

Now sell that bitch in a few weeks.

Yea anyone can create nfts but very few actually demand value. Its like regular crypto. About 99% are going to absolute shite, while the few main ones will last.
Creating more whenever you want will just completely destroy an nft project. We have already seen projects that had big launches go to absolute shite when they started to do fishy stuff.
The space is cutthroat and the trash projects go to shite with the quickness.
And lets be real here, fine art is much more of a scam.

Not to mention the car provides some real life utility. These NFTs are easy to create so there is an infinite supply. Hard to justify value without some level of scarcity.
Some NFTs provide utility as well, but continue your ignorance

For once I side with you and why did people downvote this? He is stating a fact. Im guessing they have no idea what blockchain is.

If I borrowed your car, I can’t you bring you back a similar car. That’s a non-fungible transaction. It’s unique.
NFT’s are unique and allow you unique ownership of the use of it.
This fallacy is known as false equivocation.

Its like a baseball card. Anyone can take a baseball card and make copies then put it in a hard cover.. But cards are only valuable if they have been graded which means there is a record of it, it has a number assigned to it, etc.. Just having the card itself, without having any record of it.. its worthless. That's similar to how NTFs work. People can save as many copies as they want, but there is only one (or so many) that actually has value, which being on a blockchain is what gives it value.
