Just ate McDonalds first time in 3.5 years

I was driving home and craving Popeyes. It's closed so I had to go to McD. I ordered #3(QP, fries, Coke) like I used to in college.
This headache and nauseous came out of nowhere. Normally, I cook in and maybe eat out once a week. I gotta say after years of not eating processed fast food, you body adjust to it. And whenever you eat it again, your body doesn't agree to it.
I used to think all that stuff was hogwash when I was young. GIGO, It's true when they say you are what you eat. Anyone ever go through the same thing?

It isn't hogwash your mind is telling you it is bad so your body believes it.... if you believed it was as good as it tasted you would be fine...

What do you think that dude Joey does when he rolls up to a Mickey d window.
He says, "Aaaaaaand.....we're.........back!" Then he shovels delicious fast food into his face. But he uses a napkin, because he's a gentleman.

Fast food is only making you nauseous and giving you a headache because you decided it would do that before you ate it.
