Not really. The guy in the car was the FA'r. He had cut the other guy off in traffic, they both got out of their cars and mouthed off, then he tried to cut the other guy with a box cutter. When the other guy backed off, he then jumped into that guy's cars, stole his car keys, then jumped in his own car. The video starts with that guy trying to get his keys back.
