i'm so confused. isn't this the guy who got caught faking his own attack? now he's claiming damage to his reputation because people said "hey, you faked your own attack."

I’m at the point that I have to begrudgingly admire the fact that this Smollett dude is not only saying “frick You im not paying you” but he’s even saying “frick you, I’m not even admitting I was lying”. That is some serious chutzpah man. I don’t know anyone else that would get away with that.

Well, since he's responsible for all this, I fail to see the brother's point.
