But he claimed to be on the phone with his agent at the time. So he had his phone in one hand and his sandwich in the other but lost neither in his fight for his life.

And he still had the phone 'out' because his agent reported that he, the agent, had heard the perps yell the Maga stuff as they left.
Left dangling are the comments early on that the police offered to call an ambulance for him and he turned that down, only to get himself to the hospital where multiple broken ribs were found. Only to have that reduced to one broken rib, only to have that become one fractured rib. Only to have the police say that no broken ribs were in the report they received from the hospital.

So facts now. Says he saw two attacker’s with MAGA hats yet says they concealed their identity.
-was able to not lose his sandwich
-2 males only inflict a few scratches, place a noose on his neck and throw bleach on him with zero evidence there was any bleach.
-video shows him walking in apt complex not looking distraught.
-will not release phone records nor will his manager
-waited 40 min after the attack to call the police
-kept the noose on till cops arrived.
-zero video supports his claim.
So my conclusion is he’s scum, lied, and will be exposed

The way i see the concert speech, according to the report by National Review, is him essentially daring the police to call his bluff. He even had notes to read from before going on with the speech. Its time for the police to put him on blast, with a pc, and let the public know that they dont believe him and there is no evidence. It wont happen but at what point do the police start fighting back because in the end this will come back to them being "inadequate"

Update:
-cops were under pressure from city hall to release something, so they released grainy pics of a couple of bums that hangout in the area. City hall “not pleased”
-Smollett clarifies his early clarifications, including that he never had a broken rib
-woman’s claims of redneck loitering around the building have been dismissed (shocker)
-subpoenas have been issued for the phone records
-Smollett is “gay Tupac” per him
BTW this is a legit Chicago crime blog that has lots of good sources and info

If the police would have not disclosed they had no medical reports of a broken rib, I have to wonder if he would have ever clarified that.
It will be interesting to see what other claims he will have to walk back.....
