Ill give the guy credit for one thing, hes just gets stupider by the day.

The detail laid out in that bail thing the other day isnt just circumstance. If hes gonna keep this track of claiming innocence the acting DA on the case should accept no pleas. They have to take this to court. Its the only way some backlash/conspiracy theory doesnt win out. They have to be able to make all that video tracking public in court so there will be no mistake about Smollets complicity.

Regardless they have confessions from the two Black guys who did it. He lied about that and numerous other lies and inconsistencies.

Everyone should constantly be reminded that Jussie's plan was to throw a couple of innocent people under the bus and let them burn. He could have destroyed a couple of lives, and the only reason it didn't work was because he was too stupid to pull it off. This dude is plain evil and deserves severe repercussions.

I fully believe had two white guys been in that area at that time they would have been arrested.
Had one had a MAGA hat it probably would have ended the investigation.

Still I think the federal charges are coming.

Anyone faking a hate crime should be charged with a hate crime. What they are doing is even more damaging to society than the idiots that commit actual hate crimes. These fake crimes always get an assload of attention and when proven fake you hear nothing of it.
