it makes even less sense for any other potential suspect.
Except for the potential serial killer.

The case is interesting not so much for actual guilt or innocence, but for the confluence of events, many outside of the individual's control, that lead to a conviction that by any objective view should never have happened.

How are they going to have a trial 16 years after the fact?

There have been thousands of trials in this country for murders years and decades after the fact.

There is no statute of limitations on murder.

After all of this. IDK how you can be 100% that he did it.

I never said I was...what are you people reading?

I said I think he did it but should not have been convicted.

Think of all the potential suspects in this case. All of those make less sense than Adnan.

I'm not 100% on it, but Occam's razor and all that.

If based on the sum of the evidence in that podcast, you reach the opinion that he's guilty, you must have more info or some supernatural intuition.

They could have convicted Jay and even Don (hyperbole for effect) with the amount of evidence presented.

How does Jay know so much if she was killed by a random serial killer drifting through?

I'll be honest. After listening to audio of his lawyer in the first trial, I would have convicted just so I didn't have to hear her screech. How she was a successful trial attorney, I'll never know.

His phone being with Jay has not been explained.

Sure it has. Phones weren't allowed at school so he left it in his car. Common practice then.

Not saying this proves he was there or not. Just proves he didn't have to be there.

My vote would have been Not Guilty based on the two podcasts I listened to. I'm not sure he's innocent but there's more than enough reasonable doubt for me to convict.

before you mention Stephen A. Smith or Skip Bayless, remember that Nancy Grace drove a woman to suicide.

Hold on, Nancy Grace did what?

Tragic situation, and the mother clearly fricked up in this instance, but Grace went on and on about how the charges brought against the mother weren't enough and that she was guilty of murdering her child.

She ended up getting bust, and I think disbarred, so she was not that good.

Crazy, it was clear to me that he killed her.

Only question is Jay's involvement or lack thereof, but Adnon was definitely guilty.

I can pick apart any case if you try hard enough, but here u had a clear motive and a first-hand witness, seems pretty open-and-shut

Jays story is completely false other than the body disposal. The cell data, etc. just doesn't match.

You know he changed his story on the body disposal in Jan 2015?

I think he's innocent.

How are people saying they think he's guilty "but there was not nearly enough evidence?" Some clairvoyant MFs in here.

There was more evidence to suggest he COULD NOT have done this than evidence that one could even use to lean towards guilt.

That's a perfectly resonable position to hold. Guilty on preponderance, not beyond reasonable doubt.

I don't think he did it factually or to a reasonable legal standard though.
