I wonder how Jay feels about this.

Just a question. Relax.

A few hours before she is reported missing.

the crux of their case was the testimony of a liar

I couldn't remember whether it was judge or jury. It's been a while.

I think you have to give credence to the jury's decision. They were present in court and saw everything live (evidence, expressions, demeanor, reactions, etc.). We got a slanted presentation. Therefore, I don't think it's right for someone to say "not enough evidence to convict."

I would love what jay & the two detectives came up with during 6 hrs of not recorded interrogation.

I think he's innocent.

How are people saying they think he's guilty "but there was not nearly enough evidence?" Some clairvoyant MFs in here.

There was more evidence to suggest he COULD NOT have done this than evidence that one could even use to lean towards guilt.

I'm not sure if he did it or not, but I am sure that his trial and conviction were fricked up.

Dude

The testimony has been proven false, there was weak physical evidence, the timeline was complete bullshite, and maybe most notably, Adnan's lawyer had dementia or something and completely fricked her client over by not doing even close to satisfactory job in his defense.

I think he did it, but the shite that was AND wasn't presented at trial is just absurd. No way any jury in the country convicts him if they knew everything that should have been presented. No way.

Because we THINK he's guilty we're clairvoyant?

His phone being with Jay has not been explained.

Probably, but I don't really care. I'm more interested in the judge's reasoning and the fallout.

How are they going to have a trial 16 years after the fact?

After all of this. IDK how you can be 100% that he did it. That completely flies in the face of your argument.
