You haven't talked to Sammy's, you don't know their position.

If you will read this thread you will see there are posters that have said that the Judge has showed his arse before and there are some bartenders that were already tired of his shite. Sammy's maybe acting on a culmination of incidents. That's what it seems like to me. Also people have stated that this isn't the first time he has been kicked out. Sounds to me like he gets drunk and shows his arse regularly.

This may have vv little to do with any racist shite.

Sammy's did not back the one making the accusations by banning the judge. From many many accounts here he had been pissing off the staff for a long while, by being rude & crude to other customers, possibly drunk though no evidence of that has been presented. He should have been banned long before this happened. Boycott all you want, there will be 10 new customers to take your place.

I'm saying the Sammy's side of things. No where have they said they kicked him out due to race..... can we agree that maybe he did say something about the chair possibly drunk?

Well Sammy's was probably tired of his shite again and pressured by their employees that are tired of putting up with his drunken antics acting like he owns a chair.


And for the ones that have said why haven't they kicked him out and barred him before this. I'll say that they have, several times, but have probably let him back after time once he came back sober and possibly talked to the managers or whatever. I've bartended for years and can promise you there are patrons that I've kicked out and banned several several times over just to eventually end up letting them back.


What I'm saying is Sammy's didn't back the girl or say he did or didn't do anything racist.
