Also the bulletin posted above states none of the bags taken from the scene tested positive for drugs.
Why would the JPSO plant drugs that aren’t drugs? And why is a drug dealer carrying drugs that aren’t drugs?

Also one of the officers arresting is black himself... If planting drugs on innocent black men is done on the basis that the perp is black and to unjustly imprison him, how do you convince a black officer to be complicit in that?

Edit: I believe all officers should wear body cams. If you get entrusted with authority and a gun you should have no reservations about being under review for your actions.

The proper method for planting drugs is to palm the baggie, reach into the perp's pocket, and pull your hand out to reveal the baggie.

If the officer was planting it, it would be good shite. They wouldn’t plant fake drugs, that would be stupid.
These guys sell bunk on the street all the time. Usually chips of soap. Guy buying it find out what it is once he tries to fire it up. What’s a druggie going to do about it? Go to the police and complain they were sold fake narcotics? There is a specific criminal charge for selling fake dope actually.
