She was not supposed to be there at all if they are finalizing a divorce. She has been stalking him and knew he had a younger woman in there.
Has the daughter verified mom's story? What kind of psycho involves their kids in shenanigans like this?
While I believe he tussled with her, I tis a non issue if she stays her happy arse away when she knows she is no longer welcome.

I would have thought a local celebrity like that would live in a better home in a better neighborhood than that. Stuck out in traffic, houses all look the same and are jammed together, no character, garages in the front, and in spite of being so jammed together you cant walk to anywhere.
