I am always amazed when I watch tornado footage and you see people driving on roads that the tornado is moving toward/near. Some people take no personal responsibility for themselves. For some people, if there is not a tornado blaring right beside them, they don't have a clue there is even a potential tornado out there. Then those people, if they survive, get interviewed on TV and say they had no warning.

calling it a "low risk" more than likely came from the NWS SPC

I believe the tornado that smoked Nashville a few weeks ago went through a "low risk" area
