i was at a party not to long ago and the dad was there. It was a weird feeling. I felt like he was a bigger celebrity than anybody i've been around. I was speechless

Friend recommended his book to me. I gotta say, the man writes a convincing story. I really felt bad for him. Sounds like he's been to hell and back. He's lost two daughters. Don't know what I would do if I lost my daughter.

Totally agree. The time involved in crafting the note, binding the child and hiding her eliminates an outside intruder. All of this occurred while the family was in the house. In a crime involving an invasion (home, bank, business) time is of the essence in order to prevent detection, especially an invasion where the intent is to kidnap and ransom a child. An outside party would have done everything possible to get in and out of that house as fast as possible.

I don't think the brother will provide anything new at all.

I haven't finished reading the article linked below, but it's interesting. I don't recall knowing that the Ramseys had a falling out with the neighbors who were their close friends who they called the morning of the alleged kidnapping murder. These folks also took Burke away from the home that morning to get him away from all the things going on. Wonder what he was like at that time and if they noticed anything?

I always thought it was strange that her name was JonBenet after her father. He already had a son named John.

He certainly won't indict himself. Does he want to be arrested for murder?
At most, he may insinuate his mother had involvement in it. And since she has since passed away, there's nothing that the prosecution can do.
My best guess is that he'll paint this picture of how difficult his and his family's lives have been living under this shroud of suspicion ever since 1996. Talk about how he hasn't been able to get his own life started, can't hold down a good job, can't establish a meaningful relationship with someone, etc.
And Dr. Phil will give him suggestions on how to move on in his life.
Expect nothing more.

If he is going to make some shocking revelation wouldn't that make him either an accessory or guilty of withholding evidence?

It was the most sensational trial of the time...how much "shocking evidence" do you really think the attorneys missed?

What trial are you talking about?
