Land Surveyors.

It's a dying breed for the younger generations here in Louisiana though, since they made it so you have to get a degree for it. It use to be experience time working under someone. Now you have to get a degree (only 1 college offers it unless it changed) and experience as well.

Asset management and supply chain management. Both fields have exploded over the last decade as will continue to be a big part of any successful business plan.

Competent Teachers.

It seems like all the idiot people I went to high school/college with are now becoming teachers, it has me concerned about the quality of education we are providing to our children.
